Contract Administration This area is to assist the DBE practitioners and administrators with issues related to Contract Administration. This includes Commercially Useful Function, Fraud, Sanctions or Penalties, Prompt Payment, Participation Credit, Participation Tracking, Good Faith Effort Evaluations, Data Collection, Payment Verification or any other subject related to application of the DBE Program and contract administration or monitoring.
