Goal Setting The Goal Setting area is meant to assist DBE practitioners in developing goal setting methodologies accepted by the USDOT. We will also discuss other goal setting topics such as project specific goal setting and other topics that are of interest. We hope to accomplish this by providing examples of accepted goal setting methodologies and creating discussion topics that will elicit ideas and proven methods from other practioners. We hope that you make the most of this group and can share your successes and failures with your peers. COMING SOON--STATE PRACTICES We are currently identifying and documenting State practices to share in the DBEX in three key areas: Contract Administration, Goal-setting, and UCP. You will be able to see how State DOTs carry out work, tools and techniques used, and key lessons learned. Practices collected will soon be posted in the State Practices section of this Exchange.
