Does anyone use DMS or HAR for weather related events? I'm looking for any information, studies or reports on this subject. Specific information on protocols such as; what weather thresholds are used? How is this information gathered? National Weather Service, RWIS, Police, Maintenance crews ETC. What DMS and HAR messages are used? How often are they are updated ?
