New NHI Course - Principles and Tools for Road Weather Management

The National Highway Institute (NHI) is now offering Course No. 137030A -Principles and Tools for Road Weather Management. This 1-day course was developed by FHWA to introduce transportation decisions makers to the basics behind road weather management and the ways that they can be applied to address a host of weather-related problems. Topics include a review of road weather problems, meteorology for non-meteorologists, technology resources and implementations, and case studies. Trainees will receive 0.6 CEU credits each after completing the course.
