Greetings,

A website has been created ranking many different detectable warnings and their
characteristics that are less tangible to measure. We at
detectablewarningtile.com invite all city engineers to share their experiences
and knowledge of different detectable warning products. The goal of the
website is to educate, share information and at the very least identify what
products are the best choice for what projects.

If one goes to www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp and enters
detectablewarningtile.com, the results show this Registrant Info:

Pedrina Capitals LLC
Alexandre Hunt
1631 W Colonial Hts
Tucson, Arizona 85746

TekWay detectable warning tiles are made in Tucson, Arizona.

Would you also conclude Mark that is the Tek Way engineer?

Karen-

I have absolutely no information on that. It is just interesting that the
domain name was registered to someone in Tucson.

There is an NCHRP research project underway (#4-33) that is investigating how
to evaluate detectable warning devices for durability, not detectability. When
published, the report will give jurisdictions some criteria and testing methods
to chose detectable warning devices based on their durability.

It is disappointing that Alex has not identified himself
