Universities and Grants Programs (U&GP) administers the Dwight David Eisenhower Transportation Fellowship Program (DDETFP). Because the competition for dwindling resources is increasing, U&GP is constantly seeking ways to leverage our resources and create a win-win environment. To continue to provide effective service to our partners, do you have any suggestions on more effective ways to utilize Eisenhower funds given the current workforce challenges? U&GP has been successful in partnering with University Transportation Centers (UTCs), universities and other entities to support transportation education and research. What are your suggestions are ways to maximize our partnership opportunities with UTCs and potential UTCs?
