During the summer and fall of 2006 and winter of 2007, the FHWA High Performance Concrete (HPC) Technology Deployment Team conducted a survey and compiled results on the status of HPC implementation nationwide. All 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the FHWA Federal Lands Highway Division Bridge Office participated. The Team would like to thank everyone for taking time out from their busy schedules to complete the 14-question document and achieve the 100% response rate. Special thanks go to Messrs. Claude Napier and Rudy Maruri of the FHWA Virginia Division Office, for their diligence in compiling the results into a multitude of maps, graphs, tables and charts. In total, this is a comprehensive snapshot in time of the national effort underway to implement HPC bridge technology since 2003. ALL OF THE INFORMATION IS LISTED IN THE REFERENCE SECTION.
