The Case Studies and Research topic area is intended to provide a forum for everyone interested in the latest, emerging, and upcoming knowledge on performance measurement within transportation. Research items include any new findings or ideas in performance measurement, such as effective performance measures, policies, tools. Case studies provide examples of how performance measures are applied or reviewed. We hope you make the most of this opportunity to share your ideas, findings and experiences. For realizing maximum benefit from our collective experiences, please share your knowledge of "apparent" failures as much as that of successes.
