The Customer Satisfaction Measures topic area is intended to provide a forum for transportation practitioners that are interested in performance measurement issues .
You are encouraged to use the site to pose questions, post articles/studies and draw on the resources of others. The goal is to create a useful on-line resource that contains a variety of customer satisfaction methods, metrics and survey techniques that you can use. These techniques include creative, cost effective ways to collect and analyze customer satisfaction data. Particularly important are the ways in which organizations use customer satisfaction data to make changes and then to measure the effectiveness of those changes. Please contribute information gained by your experience in the field: highlight successes and note pitfalls to be avoided. We will all benefit from your participation.
