The System Preservation Measures area is intended to provide a forum for practitioners that are interested in performance measurement issues specifically related to system preservation. Questions and dialogue on both public and private experiences, thoughts, research, and lessons learned is welcome and encouraged. System Preservation performance concerns include physical condition of transportation infrastructure and delivery of services.
