Welcome to the System Operations and Reliability Measures group. This Discussion Board is intended to provide a forum for practitioners that are interested in performance measurement issues specifically related to system operations and congestion management. The forum is here to share knowledge, experience and research with each other. This includes the exchange of information concerning performance measurement efforts and needs in the areas of congestion management, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), traffic operations, traffic incident management, and freight mobility management. We encourage a constructive dialogue to help develop and refine measures that evaluate the effectiveness of strategies to mitigate congestion and help improve system reliability.
