The Federal Highway Administration - Office of Real Estate Services, in an effort to provide assistance to the Divisions, State Departments of Transportation, Local Public Agencies, and the Community of Practice, is making this forum available to promote discussions, questions and answers, or exchange of information as it relates to the administration of the Local Public Agency (LPA) Program. This forum can be used to share best practices and techniques and tools which are utilized in the implementation of federally aided programs and projects that are undertaken by the LPAs. Anonymous contributions are discouraged, as the willingness of authors to identify themselves detracts from the believability of the message.
