In the attached presentation, Richard Boullain of MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) and Troy Cowan from Parsons Brinckerhoff outline some programs for capital improvement and condition assessment at the transit agency. This presentation was given to the management of MARTA in February 2001.
