The attached spreadsheet provides a method for calculating minimum failure costs. Uses all the parameters found in the Pontis preservation module to arrive at a minimum failure cost. The spreadsheet was developed by Adel Al-Wazeer of B.D. Systems for the Federal Highway Administration.
